Why it matters

What this actually does for you.

Let me be straight with you, because the home page already is: a website by itself does not ring your phone. You have been pitched one every year for a decade and you were right to keep saying no, because the pitch was always that the site would somehow generate customers, and it does not. That is not what it is for.

What a website actually does is settle a decision that was already half made. Somebody was referred to you, or found you on the map, or saw your truck. Before they call, they look you up. What they find in the next eight seconds decides whether they dial or keep scrolling. A site that loads slowly, does not fit their phone, or looks like it was abandoned in 2016 makes a bigger business look small and a good operator look risky.

The second job is less visible and more important. Google will not rank a business it cannot read. It needs a page that says plainly what you do, where you do it, and how to reach you, in a structure it can parse. Most small business sites fail that not because they are ugly but because they were built as a brochure and never as something to be indexed.

A website is a conversion asset, not an acquisition channel. It does not create demand — it stops you losing the demand you already have. Which is why it is the cheapest thing here and why I will not let you buy it expecting the phone to ring on its own.

The mechanics

How the build goes.

  1. You send photos and answer the phone

Real photos of your shop, your truck, your work. That is genuinely the whole ask. Stock photography of a smiling stranger in a hard hat reads as fake to a local customer, because it is.

  2. I write it

You do not have to produce copy. I write it from a phone call about what you actually do, in the words you actually use. No mission statement, no "we are passionate about excellence."

  3. Built and live in about a week

Hand-built, no page builder bloat. Loads fast on a phone on a bad connection at a job site, because that is the real condition your customers are in.

  4. Edits whenever

Prices changed, added a service, hired somebody, want the holiday hours up? Text me. It is included on every plan and there is no ticket queue.

What is included

Everything that comes with it.

Mobile first, genuinely

Most of your visitors are on a phone. The site is designed at 375px first and expanded, not designed on a desktop and squashed.

Click-to-call on every page

The number is a tap target everywhere, not buried in a contact form. Forms are for people who are not ready; the phone is for people who are.

Built to be indexed

Proper headings, real text rather than text baked into images, descriptive page titles, structured data, a sitemap Google can read. The plumbing that decides whether you can rank at all.

Fast by construction

No heavy framework, no twelve tracking scripts, no carousel of stock photos. Page speed is both a ranking factor and the reason people leave.

Hosting, SSL and backups

Included in the monthly. Nothing separate to buy, no renewal you forget, no expired certificate warning scaring off customers.

Your domain pointed at it

If you own one, I point it. If you do not, I will tell you what to register and why — and it stays in your name, not mine.

Who it suits

Who gets the most out of this.

Every trade on this site, but it matters most if you are being compared before you are called — professional practices, anything in Lake Mary, Heathrow or Winter Park, and any business where the job is worth more than a few hundred dollars.

Straight answers

Questions I get about this.

Do I own the website?

No, and I would rather say that here than let you find it in a contract. Every plan rents the system — that is true at $49 and at $597. If you cancel, the site comes down. If you want to own a site outright that is a different conversation and I will quote it separately.

Why is it so much cheaper than the $5,000 quote I got?

Because that quote was for a custom project with discovery sessions, a designer, a project manager and a developer. This is a site built by one person who has built a few hundred of them for the same trades, on a monthly rather than a lump sum. Different product, honestly priced.

Can I see one before I decide?

Yes — go look at splashkingz.org and poolsidescreenrepair.com. Both mine, both real businesses I own. And if you call, I will usually build yours before you decide anything, so you are looking at your own site rather than somebody else's.

I already have a site. Is it worth replacing?

Often not, and that is a real answer I give regularly. What I usually find is a site that looks fine but was never built to be found — no local signals, no structure, and a Google listing nobody has touched. That is a cheaper fix than a rebuild and I will say so.

What about WordPress? I have been told I need it.

You have been told that by people who sell WordPress. For a five-page local business site it adds a plugin surface to maintain, a security surface to patch and weight that slows the page down. Yours is hand-built static — faster, and nothing to hack.

The rest of it

What this works alongside.

These are not separate products bolted together — they are one setup, and each one makes the others worth more.

Where

Towns I do this in.

Seminole County is home; I work across into the greater 407 as well. Each town has its own page on how local search actually behaves there.

Let's see what you're missing.

Ten minutes on the phone and I can tell you exactly what is wrong with your Google listing and what it is costing you. No charge, no pitch deck.
