SEO Agency in Seminole County
Except I am not an agency, and that is the whole argument.
Run by a local owner, not an agency · no contracts
The honest version
What you are actually buying.
You searched for an SEO agency, so let me tell you what one actually sells a business your size. You get an onboarding call, a strategy deck, a monthly PDF of rankings, and an account manager who is not the person doing the work. Somewhere underneath that there are two or three hours of actual effort a month, and you are paying for the layer above it.
For a local trade in Seminole County the work that moves the map pack is not complicated. It is a Google Business Profile with the right primary category, every service listed the way people search for it, posts going up, review requests going out, and a website Google can read. That is not a strategy deck. It is a checklist somebody has to actually do, every week, without fail.
What I do is that checklist. No account manager, no deck, no ranking report designed to look like progress. You get my number, and the same person who answers it is the person who edited your profile that morning.
Local SEO is not hard. It is just relentless. Almost every business that loses the map pack loses it to somebody who kept doing the boring parts after the enthusiasm wore off.
What it covers
The pieces under seo.
- Google Business Profile managementThe profile is the map pack. Categories, services, posts and photos, worked weekly rather than set up once and abandoned.
- Website designGoogle will not rank a business it cannot read. The site is built to be indexed — real text, proper headings, structured data, fast on a phone.
Everything else in the setup is on the full list.
Who it suits
Who this is for.
Any trade competing on "near me" searches in Seminole County — and especially anyone currently paying a retainer to an agency they have not spoken to in a month.
Questions
SEO, answered.
How is this different from hiring an SEO agency?
Price and proximity. An agency has to cover a sales team, an account manager and an office before anybody touches your listing. I have none of that, so more of what you pay is the work. And you can call the person doing it.
Do you guarantee first place on Google?
No, and anyone who does is either lying or about to do something that gets your profile suspended. What I will tell you honestly is whether your market is winnable, because in some categories the businesses at the top have four hundred reviews and eight years of history, and the fix there is reviews, not a website.
How long before it works?
Profile and website changes take two to six weeks for Google to absorb, and I will not keep tweaking during that window because constant changes stop Google settling on a picture of your business. Reviews move faster and matter more than most people expect.
What if my competitor has hundreds of reviews?
Then reviews are your constraint and no amount of website work fixes it. I will say that to your face rather than sell you a rebuild. Getting review requests going out automatically is the cheapest thing on this site and usually the highest return.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Month to month, cancel whenever. If the only thing keeping you is a contract, the work was not good enough.
