Why it matters

What this actually does for you.

Here is the situation this exists for. You have got someone in the chair, a car on the lift, both hands in a panel, or you are eighteen feet up a ladder. The phone rings. You cannot get it. It goes to voicemail, the caller hangs up without leaving one, and calls the next business on the list. You never find out that job existed.

That is not an occasional loss. For most one-truck and small-crew operations it is the largest single leak in the business, and it is invisible by definition — you cannot miss what you never knew about. Owners consistently underestimate it because the evidence is a missed call log they never look at.

Missed-call text-back closes it mechanically. The moment a call to your number goes unanswered, the caller gets a text: sorry I missed you, what do you need? They are still holding the phone. They reply. Now it is a conversation you can pick up in four minutes when your hands are free instead of a customer who is already talking to someone else.

You cannot answer the phone with your hands full. But a text buys you until you are free — and the person who gets a reply in thirty seconds usually stops calling down the list.

The mechanics

How it works.

  1. Your number stays your number

No new number to publish, nothing to reprint on the truck. Calls route as they always did; the automation sits behind them and only fires on a miss.

  2. The call goes unanswered

Busy, out of hours, hands full, no signal — any miss counts. Nothing for you to trigger and nothing to remember.

  3. The text goes out in seconds

Written in your voice, not a robot's. Short, apologetic, and it asks a question, because a question gets a reply and a statement does not.

  4. They reply and it lands on your phone

The conversation arrives in the same inbox as everything else. You answer when you can. Most of these turn into a booking rather than a lost customer.

What is included

Everything that comes with it.

Wording written for your trade

What a salon should send and what an emergency plumber should send are not the same message. Yours gets written, not picked from a dropdown.

After-hours handling

Calls at nine at night get a different text than calls at nine in the morning — one sets an expectation for the morning, the other says you are on your way to the phone.

It lands in one inbox

Calls, texts, form fills and Facebook messages in one thread on your phone, so a customer who texted and then filled in a form is not two separate half-conversations.

Nothing for you to run

No app to check, no dashboard to log into. If you can read a text message you can operate the whole thing.

Who it suits

Who gets the most out of this.

Anyone who works with their hands, drives between jobs, or runs a shop where the phone is not somebody's actual job. It is the most valuable single item here for one-truck trades in Longwood, Geneva and Chuluota, where there is nobody else to pick up.

Straight answers

Questions I get about this.

Will customers know it is automated?

It reads as you typing quickly, because it is short and written the way you talk. And honestly, it does not matter much — the customer wanted an answer, and they got one in thirty seconds. Nobody has ever been annoyed at a fast reply.

What if I answer the call?

Then nothing sends. It only fires on an actual miss, so a customer who reaches you never gets a redundant text.

How much of a difference does it really make?

I am not going to quote you a made-up percentage. What I will say is that it is the reason I built this system for my own two companies before I sold it to anybody, and that on the Full System plan it sits behind the written 90-day call guarantee — if your calls do not beat your own previous 90 days, the monthly fees come back.

My signal is terrible at job sites.

That is an argument for it, not against it. The text fires from the system, not from your handset, so it goes out whether or not you have bars — which is exactly the situation where you would otherwise lose the call silently.

Can I turn it off?

Yes, any time, and it is month to month like everything else. But nobody has yet.

The rest of it

What this works alongside.

These are not separate products bolted together — they are one setup, and each one makes the others worth more.

Where

Towns I do this in.

Seminole County is home; I work across into the greater 407 as well. Each town has its own page on how local search actually behaves there.

Let's see what you're missing.

Ten minutes on the phone and I can tell you exactly what is wrong with your Google listing and what it is costing you. No charge, no pitch deck.
